Description

• Lead the development and implementation of procurement strategy. • Manage equipment agreements, EPC agreements, O&M agreements, and critical commercial contracts. • Drive cost efficiency, strengthen supply chain resilience, and cultivate vendor relationships. • Develop and execute a unified procurement approach. • Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team. • Oversee procurement operations, ensuring compliance with policies and industry standards. • Develop risk mitigation strategies and manage contractual liabilities. • Build strategic relationships with key suppliers and service providers. • Develop procurement budgets and establish KPIs for continuous improvement. • Champion the adoption of advanced procurement practices and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 10+ years of procurement experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role within renewable energy or related industry. • Proven experience leading and managing procurement teams in purchasing strategy, contract negotiations, and warranty administration. • Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple teams effectively. • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement best practices, and contracting. • Familiarity with legal, compliance and regulatory aspects of procurement and contracting in the energy sector.
