Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. β€’ 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role in the technology sector. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams. β€’ Empathetic and customer-centric mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. β€’ Familiarity with Jira and Salesforce is a plus. β€’ Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
