Description

• We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Designer to join our Product and Tech team. • You will ensure our users have exceptional learning experiences with our app. • Collaborating daily with product managers and engineers across multiple teams. • Work on high-visibility features addressing our most significant customer needs. • Mentor other designers and help establish design practices at simpleclub.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer in product-focused companies, with 3+ years in a senior designer or lead position, working closely with software development teams; • Experience creating designs for complex features keeping in mind user experience and engineering complexity. • 2+ years of mentoring or managing product designers. • Experience creating processes and system to ensure smooth design operations • Proficiency in Figma and other design and prototyping tools. • Proven ability to design complex features with a strong focus on user experience and engineering feasibility • Experience building and maintaining design systems. • A robust portfolio showcasing your expertise in product design, user research, and problem-solving. • Experience in start-ups, scale-ups, or fast-growth environments is advantageous. • Prior experience with user research is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience in EdTech or B2B SaaS is a plus. • Knowledge of German language is a plus.
