• We are looking for a detailed oriented, execution savvy and meticulous individual to directly support the Chief Customer Success Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at SimplePractice. • Your contributions will help our exec team and the employee experience across their functional groups.
• 7+ years of experience in executive administration, project management, or related field • A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the company • Someone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions • Ability to assess situations; present and implement solutions • Strong culture facilitator who can act as an ambassador for creating and growing a positive work experience and team culture • Experience implementing new ideas and turning them into successful programming for the team • Experience handling sensitive company information • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft and Google. Proficiency in a broad array of online tools including spreadsheets and slide presentations • Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings • Resourceful, can-do attitude • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are pro-active, and intellectually curious • Based in Greater Los Angeles Area is preferable
