• The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of email and referral campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and winback. • Reporting into the Director of Organic and Brand, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer lifecycle and referral marketing and a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective email campaigns. • This is a high-impact role on the Marketing team and is critical to driving Skillshare's growth and member preference.
• 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end management of email campaigns (push notification and referral marketing experience is a nice-to-have) • A deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing • A proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective email and push campaigns • Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and interpret campaign data • Comfort coding with using an email design system and working with responsive HTML email templates • A collaborative and team-oriented work style • Experience monitoring and troubleshooting email deliverability and inbox placement • Must have experience using ESPs (e.g. Blueshift, Braze, Iterable) and SendGrid; Familiarity with Airtable, Parcel, Figma, and Looker are nice to have
