• At Skillsoft, we propel organizations and people to grow together through transformative learning experiences. • Join us in our quest to transform learning and help individuals unleash their edge. • We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service to join our dynamic team for the European Region. • You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, support, and value throughout their journey with our company. • Your goal will be to build strong relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and help our clients achieve their desired outcomes using our products or services. • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring quick and effective resolutions. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues for the customer. • Understand customer goals and align our solutions to support their success. • Manage and resolve customer escalations with empathy and efficiency. • Serve as the main contact for assigned customers, addressing queries and providing solutions in a timely manner. • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. • Track customer engagement and product usage to identify opportunities for improvement. • Act as the voice of the customer within the company, sharing feedback with product, sales, and marketing teams.
