📋 Description
• The primary role of the Sales Support Specialist is supporting the Inside and Field Sales organization while focusing on providing exceptional customer experiences to Global Knowledge clients. • This position is responsible and accountable for the order to invoice process with a commitment to delivering operational excellence. • This individual will work closely with Leadership, Sales, Partners and Vendors and Internal departments regarding various program processes, end to end order process and procedures, training schedules, account maintenance, data validation and relationship management. • Other projects as needed
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of two years of customer or sales support experience is required, with a preference for those having a background in training or professional services. • Minimum two (2) years - experience working with sales channels. • Excellent communication skills (oral and written). • Strong organizational skills and abilities. • Proficient in MS Word and Excel. • Proficient in researching, writing, editing, and proofreading. • Experience with major ERP systems (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
