•The Sales Compensation Analyst provides support to the Sales Compensation Business Partners. •This position will be located in Skillsoft’s Center of Excellence in India. •The analyst will be responsible for providing support across a wide array of sales compensation disciplines in accordance with the department’s operating model. •Preparing plan, policy and process documentation •Supporting incentive plan processing, crediting and payouts on Xactly •Creating financial, performance and payroll reports •Supporting sales modeling and analytics •Tracking, researching and resolving sales inquiries •Providing HR support and onboard new hires •Responding to audit requests •Tracking process and project execution •Reviewing data feeds to ensure thoroughness, accuracy and quality. •The analyst will report directly to the Senior Manager Global Sales Compensation for performance management and development purposes. •Work direction, supervision and training will be provided by Business Partners in a dotted-line reporting structure.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related area •6-8 years of relevant business experience •Knowledge of sales compensation/operations concepts and principles •Understand finance and accounting concepts •Experience with sales performance management systems such as Xactly •Analytical and reporting skills •Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint •Ability to perform in a matrixed environment
