• Skylight’s mission is to build the OS of the family. • We make consumer products, like Skylight Frame and Skylight Calendar, that are loved by millions of people across the globe. • Through a singular focus on care for our customers, Skylight has scaled from a school project to over $190M in annual revenue while being completely bootstrapped. • We’re seeking a (Senior) Director of International to lead our international growth and performance marketing efforts, helping us scale and connect with new customers globally. • This is a strategic-operator role where you will be responsible for driving Skylight’s international expansion and performance across all channels. • You will have the autonomy to craft and execute growth strategies, while working closely with external partners and cross-functional teams to execute plans that scale our brand worldwide. • Responsibilities include: Develop and execute a performance-driven international marketing strategy, own performance marketing across channels, work with the Sales team to develop pricing and promotional plans, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• 5-10 years of experience leading international growth and performance, ideally for high growth DTC and Amazon consumer businesses. • Experience with international markets and the ability to tailor strategies to different cultural and regional dynamics. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to dig deep into data, derive insights, and act on them to optimize marketing performance. • A self-starter with a passion for growth and innovation. You thrive in environments where you can make an impact and take ownership of projects. • Excellent communication skills, able to work cross-functionally and present complex strategies and results to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
