While we have almost 500 staff, we think and act more like a startup than a large corporation. • We have achieved >70% compound annual growth in Revenue over the last 5 years and as a result have been recognised by The Financial Times, The Straits Times, Forbes and LinkedIn as one of the fastest growing companies in Asia. • Backed by world-class investors, we are on track to be one of the few cash flow positive, tech-enabled unicorns based out of Singapore. • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sleek, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for both tech and non-tech roles across our global offices. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop and execute recruiting strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process. Your work will support our mission to fuel growth, drive innovation, and maintain our dynamic, startup-like culture. The ideal candidate will exhibit humility, take ownership of their work, and demonstrate structured thinking in all aspects of recruitment. • Key Responsibilities • Recruiting • Work collaboratively with internal teams and hiring managers to support recruitment efforts for both Tech and non Tech roles • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified acandidates for current and future hiring needs • Talent Sourcing • Utilize various channels such as social media, job portals, and internet sourcing to engage and attract potential candidates • Leverage innovative recruiting tools and techniques to attract top talent • Selection and Onboarding: • Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, conducting interviews, and gathering feedback • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including conduct background / reference checks as needed, extending job offers and negotiating terms. • Employer branding • Participate in employment events, such as online career fairs • Contribute to building Sleek's employer brand • Compliance and Best Practices: • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, demonstrating humility by acknowledging areas for improvement and adapting accordingly.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in tech and non-tech roles • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and employer branding techniques • Familiarity with various selection methods, including interviews and assignments • Demonstrated humility, with a willingness to learn from feedback and adjust as needed. • Exceptional sense of ownership and accountability for the recruitment process and outcomes. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Experience with global recruitment and an understanding of different labor markets is a plus.
