Description
• As a Senior Recruiter at Slingshot, you will contribute to building the best team in space. • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle across a variety of business areas. • Integrate employer brand into the recruitment process. • Coach hiring managers and serve as a thought partner. • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in corporate Talent Acquisition, successfully attracting and onboarding talent in a highly competitive, high-growth environment • Knowledge of specialized sourcing strategies to proactively develop candidate pipelines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate at multiple levels of the organization and persuade and influence stakeholders • A high degree of accuracy, care, and attention to detail
