Description

• Smartsheet is a tech company empowering teams to manage projects and automate workflows. • Senior UX Program Manager will manage initiatives across product areas and deliver user experiences. • Report to the Design System Director, working remotely or in Bellevue, WA.

Requirements

• 6+ years program management experience (at least 4 in an i18n, l10n, or a related role) • Willingness to explore opportunities to leverage automation and technology to streamline the creation, maintenance, and distribution of UX resources • A firm grasp across key concepts in UI, UX, localization, and accessibility standards • Familiarity with internationalization principles, Translation Management Systems, i18n tools (e.g. Globalyzer) • Experience rolling out new tools or capabilities, including training/supporting cross-functional internal customers • Experience across geographically distributed teams; Proficiency in a second language is a big plus • Excellent communication, facilitation, interpersonal skills, to clearly communicate and lead a diverse, multi-disciplinary team. Able to translate technical concepts to a business and non-technical audience • Experience working in SCRUM/Agile frameworks • A team player able to build and maintain technical relationships, to manage priorities and demands from stakeholders across the company, and create consensus and approvals without direct reporting lines • Strong work ethic, integrity and collaborative approach to work. Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done • Quick to learn and understand new technical concepts and technologies. Takes smart risks and champion new ideas • Strong bias for action and an ability to deal with great ambiguity
