Description
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SmartSimple configurations • Configure system workflows, forms, permissions, and roles within the SmartSimple platform • Assist in the setup of data structures, reports, and user interfaces within SmartSimple • Participate in discovery sessions to gather and document functional and technical requirements • Test configured solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and business processes • Provide support to the implementation consultant in ensuring timely and accurate system setups • Conduct data imports, data mapping, and validation to ensure data accuracy during system implementation • Troubleshoot configuration issues and resolve technical challenges • Maintain detailed documentation of all system configurations, settings, and changes made during implementation • Stay up to date with SmartSimple updates and best practices
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Experience in software development, implementation, or system integration • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, or similar • Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and database management (SQL) • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills • Familiarity with SmartSimple or similar platforms is a plus • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions • Experience in software development lifecycles, including requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment • Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision
