Description

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements. • Configure system workflows, forms, permissions, and roles. • Assist in the setup of data structures, reports, and user interfaces. • Participate in discovery sessions to gather requirements. • Test configured solutions to ensure compliance with client needs. • Provide support to ensure timely system setups. • Conduct data imports, mapping, and validation. • Troubleshoot configuration issues and resolve challenges. • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations. • Stay up to date with SmartSimple updates and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience in software development, implementation, or system integration. • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript or similar. • Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and database management (SQL). • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. • Familiarity with SmartSimple or similar platforms is a plus. • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. • Experience in software development lifecycles. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
