📋 Description

• As an Education Solutions Consultant, you will be a vital part of our mission to improve instructional outcomes with SMART solutions. • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders in the education sector. • Use SMART’s sales process to acquire new education customers. • Expand SMART solutions in defined education customers. • Develop relationships in strategic education consortiums, training centers, and DOEs. • Develop and implement professional development plans that align with instructional goals. • Create engaging and innovative PD resources to be used both in-person and virtually. • Foster a thriving community of ambassadors by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding ambassadors. • Engage an online community through connecting and posting on social media. • Attend at local and regional trade shows, seminars, conferences and customer events. • Work with SMART's marketing and product management teams. • Produce high-quality sales and professional development activity reports. • Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of professional learning and make necessary improvements. • Operate at very senior levels within complex customer organizations with multiple decision makers.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business, education, marketing or a related field • Ideal experience as a former educator • At least two years of experience in education or sales for a fast-paced, technology-driven business • Proven aptitude for developing relationships with key decision-makers
