Description

• Working for a company like Smile Digital Health means supporting our mandate for #BetterGlobalHealth. • Smile Digital Health makes it easy for healthcare stakeholders to collect and exchange data with our leading FHIR-based data liberation platform. • At its heart, the Smile platform enables people and organizations to better manage healthcare data. • Simply put, we help liberate healthcare data to ensure effective healthcare delivery across care teams and health systems. • This position will manage all Revenue Operations tools and technologies, with a focus on Salesforce, to support organizational revenue goals and objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Salesforce administration or similar working experience. Experience in a healthcare technology environment, preferred. • 3+ years experience building and running reports in Salesforce and supporting a modern tech stack. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities. • In-depth Salesforce knowledge and demonstrated previous experience in developing and establishing system workflows, workflow optimization, system integration, and ensuring data integrity and analysis. • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certificate or in progress, preferred. • Experience with Loopio, ZoomInfo, and/or NetSuite, preferred.
