• Responsible for designing and maintaining integrations between Workday and other enterprise applications or third-party vendors. • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand integration needs and translate them into technical specifications. • Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure integrations meet business requirements. • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations, including design specifications and user guides. • Manage integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines are met. • Provide ongoing support for integrations, including monitoring and troubleshooting. • Ensure all integrations comply with company policies and data protection regulations. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates and gather feedback. • Provide training and support to end-users on new integrations and functionalities.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Human Resources, Information Management or other related field. • 2+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience with Workday integrations strongly preferred. • Workday Integration certification preferred but not required. • Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, including 3rd party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, time tracking). • Strong understanding of integration technologies such as XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and Workday Web Services. • Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday EIB, Workday Cloud Connect, and other integration tools. • Advanced/Expert level Excel skills (x-lookup, v-lookup, advanced pivot table techniques, macros, functions, formulas). • Excellent analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. • Strong presentation skills with the ability to provide user-friendly ideas and solutions.
