Description

β€’ Generate and qualify leads through outbound channels (phone, email, social media, etc.). β€’ Assess potential opportunities and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives. β€’ Diligently manage and track leads through Salesforce. β€’ Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to ensure alignment on outreach strategies and account focus. β€’ Stay adaptable and flexible in response to market dynamics and shifting priorities

Requirements

β€’ 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, with proven success in cold outreach and prospecting. β€’ Comfortable building and maintaining a large volume of prospective relationships. β€’ Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and adapt to changing business needs. β€’ Possess a positive, professional attitude and a growth mindset, always seeking to learn and improve. β€’ Strong attention to detail and time management skills. β€’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. β€’ Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred). β€’ Familiarity with lead generation tools (Sales Navigator preferred). β€’ Experience working in a high-growth environment is a plus. β€’ Healthcare industry experience is a bonus but not required.
