📋 Description

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for financials and payments products. • Translate customer needs into impactful product strategies. • Prioritize and craft roadmaps that balance demand, trends, and goals. • Ensure features meet user needs and business objectives. • Focus on solving meaningful customer problems. • Leverage data and feedback to inform product decisions. • Collaborate with teams across the business to achieve goals. • Stay curious about the industry, customers, and competitors. • Build intuitive products with minimal documentation. • Thrive in change, finding creative solutions. • Deliver impactful features with limited resources. • Evaluate features for value, usability, and viability.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management in SaaS or tech; experience in InsurTech is a plus • Experience building fintech or payments products. • Proven adaptability to changing conditions. • Strong technical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Data-informed decision-maker with a focus on customer needs. • Experience with agile development and cross-functional collaboration.
