Description

• Support new initiatives in the Research department. • Conduct resource planning for program execution. • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Serve as primary contact between Snorkel Research and external vendors. • Liaise with customers for project updates. • Develop processes and improve operational workflows. • Monitor program performance metrics and report on progress. • Manage one or more project managers.

Requirements

• 4+ years relevant work experience in program or project management in data or technology-driven environments. • Startup mindset with collaborative spirit and flexibility. • Strong organizational and leadership skills. • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills. • Experience managing human data labeling/annotation projects. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. • Previous experience working at a startup is a plus.
