Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Educational Services Sales professionals. • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed bookings and revenue targets. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts. • Collaborate with Professional Services and Education Consultants and customers to identify and sell custom training engagements. • Oversee the creation and management of global training plans. • Provide strategic direction and support to the sales team in developing and closing opportunities. • Track sales pipeline and maintain booking targets. • Support and manage education sales team. • Ensure alignment with Snowflake’s confidentiality and data security standards. • Participate in contract negotiations and manage complex sales cycles. • Report directly to the Global VP of Global Education Services.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and/or 7+ years of experience in Education Sales within the technology sector. • Proven track record in managing and leading sales teams to success. • Experience with Salesforce and other sales tracking tools. • Strong understanding of cloud computing, database systems, and virtualization. • Exceptional communication, project management, and strategic thinking skills. • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
