Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a technical presales, solution architecture or related role with a focus on Microsoft 365 • Proven experience in designing and implementing M365 solutions across various industries • Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies and enterprise architecture • Deep expertise in M365 services, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform, Copilot and Security & Compliance • Proficiency in M365 integrations, identity management (Entra ID), Tenant-to-Tenant Migration and Intune deployments • Exposure and adoption experience in Microsoft Copilot, including business impacts associated with generative AI diffusion • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals • Exemplary presentation, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong business acumen and skill to articulate technical solutions to business challenges; ability to strategically position a program of services to solve problems and enable customer transformation • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively • Ability to work collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders to deadlines and outcomes in support of the sales opportunity
