Description

• Semperis focuses on creating an employee experience aligned with being a Force for Good. • We are looking for a Global Systems Integrator (GSI) Alliance Director to join our team. • Develop and own the business relationship with designated strategic GSI partner(s). • Achieve partnership goals including sales quote and marketing activities; this is a quota carrying position. • Track/Measure partnership KPIs and measure the ROI of program execution. • Own business development efforts and activities to drive and grow partner sourced revenue. • Ensure partners are trained and certified on Semperis solutions. • Evangelize the GSI partnerships internally. • Be able to work cross functionally with Executive Leadership, Sales, Support, Services, and Product teams.

Requirements

• 10+ year of experience in Business Development driving Go-to-Market relationships with the major GSI’s (EY, Accenture, Deloitte, PWC, etc.) • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent education is required, MBA or equivalent is preferred. • Possess requisite technical and business acumen with broad industry knowledge of cybersecurity • Demonstrated success in leading global cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and presentation skills with demonstrated strength in public speaking • Highly skilled at developing executive-level relationships. • Travel required: Estimated at 25% - 50% (variable)
