Description

• Responsible for client outreach and establishing relationships with treatment providers and community organizations • Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through relationship management • Meet or exceed KPIs for client data collection and satisfaction • Provide product knowledge and client documentation • Collaborate and communicate insights with internal stakeholders for continuous improvement

Requirements

• High school degree or GED • Sales or sales-related experience • Strong negotiation skills • High proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g. SalesForce) • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience developing landscape review and prospective client outreach plan • Self-starter with experience with cold calls and lead generation • History creating strategic partnerships with demonstrated product use increase and client retention from those relationships • Strong attention to detail • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to various audiences • Strong customer service skills • Ability and authorization to work in the US • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for this role
