β’ Minimum Requirement Bachelors degree and minimum of 5 years of marketing β’ Experience bringing early stage product concepts to market from technology development to commercialization β’ Experience in understanding new disease states and working with KOLs, clinicians and other stakeholders to define market requirements for innovative products β’ Experience developing successful medical device innovation strategies. β’ Proven track record in identifying opportunities that have led to new commercial products / therapies. β’ Excellent execution in organizational complexity with the ability to raise awareness, drive alignment with internal and external stakeholders β’ Strong analytical and quantitative skills and experience
