• Minimum Requirement Bachelors degree and minimum of 5 years of marketing • Experience bringing early stage product concepts to market from technology development to commercialization • Experience in understanding new disease states and working with KOLs, clinicians and other stakeholders to define market requirements for innovative products • Experience developing successful medical device innovation strategies. • Proven track record in identifying opportunities that have led to new commercial products / therapies. • Excellent execution in organizational complexity with the ability to raise awareness, drive alignment with internal and external stakeholders • Strong analytical and quantitative skills and experience
