• Impact Centering Healthcare Institute’s internal culture and shape diversity and equity practices • Lead CHI’s diversity and equity vision and priorities • Champion diversity, identity, intersectionality, and programming • Collaborate across CHI’s departments to build competencies around diversity and equity • Track and analyze data related to diversity and equity initiatives • Support development of programs that celebrate cultural identity and heritage
• At least 5 years in a health equity/diversity and inclusion role • Experience designing, developing, and leading the execution of measurable and scalable diversity and equity programs • Advanced knowledge and understanding of health, maternal and birth root cause analysis • Experienced public speaker with the ability to translate diversity and equity theories into practical solutions • Strong communication, presentation, teaching and facilitation skills
