• Demonstrating creative outbound engagement skills by leveraging various communication methods, including social media, marketing platforms, cold calling, emailing, and more • Enhancing the client experience by identifying and addressing client "pain points" and presenting compelling solutions • Collaborating with Marketing and Sales to optimize the opportunity conversion process • Demonstrating subject matter expertise across solution domains (ex: selective data migration) and/or specific industries (ex: Retail, Pharmaceuticals, to name a few) • Participating in industry events, representing SNP and presenting SNP’s value proposition to a wide audience
• You have at least 5+ years of related experience • Functional knowledge of SAP and SAP ECC or S/4 • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office • Experienced in leveraging technology tools and platforms - such as ZoomInfo, SalesIntel, HubSpot, Marketo – as well as social media outlets - such as LinkedIn - to improve targeting and increase reach • You are passionate about contributing to the future of data-driven solutions • You are creative and like to think of different ways to engage companies • You are empathetic and have strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence • You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments • You have a positive outlook • You are resourceful and excited to learn • You have sound judgment when handling new situations
