• Management of the Information Security Department • Administration of the existing IS means; • Testing and commissioning of new IS means; • Monitoring of IS events. Work with IS incidents. Access management; • Organizing protection of web sites from DDOS and hacking attacks; • Creation and formalisation of IS policies (there is a separate compliance specialist)Creation of IS regulations; • Communications with IS solution and service providers. • Communications with related departments during testing and commissioning of new IS tools. • Communications with related departments in the framework of incident investigation.

Requirements

• Experience in the field of IS from 5 years, in a managerial position in IS from 3 years. • Higher technical education. • Good understanding of real world trends and threats related to IS. • Experience in operating and configuring IS tools (DOE, DLP, anti-virus, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, WAF). • Experience in organising teams from related departments to investigate IS incidents. • Past system administration skills (Windows, Linux). • Good knowledge of network technologies and network security. • Knowledge of common infrastructure vulnerabilities. • Experience of organising protection against DDOS attacks on high load web sites. • Experience in organising external audits of infrastructure security. • Ability to argue in front of the business and to achieve allocation of resources to fulfil IS tasks. • Ability to quickly organise solutions to technical problems, high level of technical skills. • Optimally dosed initiative, taking into account the ratio of benefits and risks from certain configuration changes.
