• Director of Sales to lead B2B sales team and drive revenue growth in North America. • Requires experience selling SaaS and Digital Marketing or Consumer Insights Solutions. • Foster high performance culture, enhance sales velocity, collaborate with marketing. • Develop and implement sales strategies, manage team performance and report KPIs. • Leverage AI technologies to optimize sales processes and enhance team efficacy.
• 5+ years experience leading a B2B sales team at a high-growth tech enabled or SaaS company. • Experience selling 5-6 figure digital solutions to marketing/sales decision makers is preferred. • Experience selling to the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is an asset. • Proven success breaking into and expanding enterprise accounts. • Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth B2B company. • Experience in scaling SDR and AE teams and working closely with revenue operations. • Proven success in implementing and executing a sales methodology across a B2B sales organization. • Strong understanding of metrics-driven sales management and a revenue operations mindset for pipeline optimization. • Excellent leadership and coaching skills. • Digital Savvy - Proficiency in CRM systems and sales technology tools, keen to use AI technologies.
