🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture, development, and integration, with a proven track record of leading complex projects. • Deep knowledge of various Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds to name a few), Apex, Lightning Web Components, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft), and data migration tools (e.g., Salesforce Data Loader). • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience managing developer teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence executive-level stakeholders. • A creative and analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions. • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect are highly desirable.
