β€’ Lead the area teams for profitable sales growth while maintaining safety, efficiency, compliance and integrity. β€’ Oversee the Canadian accounts team focusing on safety, contract terminology and pricing consistency. β€’ Manage the effective execution of Solenis IS NA Region Team strategies. β€’ Assess performance, define improvements, and align resources to ensure sales and profit targets are met. β€’ Achieve new product launch targets and work closely with HR for personnel assessment and development. β€’ Continually assess tactical opportunities with marketing, product management, and global leadership team.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ BS (Engineering or Science preferred) or equivalent. β€’ 10+ years leadership and/or sales management experience
