Description
• Drive customer satisfaction through understanding customer needs • Provision customer accounts and configure connectivity • Provide project management guidance through implementation • Train customers to use the solution effectively • Assist Technical Account Managers with product and upsell implementations • Develop technical and customer-facing acumen through training and mentoring
Requirements
• BS/BA in business, engineering, math, economics, statistics, computer science or relevant field preferred • 5-7 years experience in Technical Account Management, Technical Support, Business Analysis, Implementation Management, or similar • Experience with SaaS implementations and application development integrations • Experience working with APIs and API integration • Comfortable conducting product overviews and demos • A self-starter with adaptability in changing circumstances
