📋 Description
• An experienced growth marketer to help design, implement and scale a high-impact marketing strategy at Softr. • Define and execute core company growth strategies and build drivers for consistent growth patterns. • Design, implement and scale growth marketing strategies for all marketing channels (both B2B and B2C). • Help increase customer acquisition, engagement and retention. • Run experiments in different marketing channels to identify what works best. • Measure the success of our GTM strategy in user acquisition, retention, engagement and monetization. • Collaborate and partner with the product team on in-product growth topics.
🎯 Requirements
• Experienced with horizontal, PLG-type SaaS companies. • Ideally, you have helped early-stage companies figure out scalable and defensible marketing acquisition channels and helped grow to the Series B stage and beyond. • Have breadth across all areas of growth marketing, with depth in some of these areas: content & SEO, email/lifecycle marketing, website management & conversion rate optimizations, marketing ops and analytics. • Help us scale channels that work for us, and figure out what other channels we should experiment and find fit. • Passion for no-code and automation and the audience we serve. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Love for solving problems. • You care deeply about users. • Urgency is your mindset. • Strategic and scrappy.
