• Ollie was born with the mission of improving the lives of pets and pet parents nationwide. • We make human-grade pet food, tailored for each dog’s nutritional needs, and deliver directly to our customers’ doors. • Through Ollie’s carefully crafted meals and health services for members, dogs can truly live their healthiest, happiest lives. • As a member of our growing team, you’ll take part in a company culture that cares deeply about its work and its team members. • We’re seeking a highly motivated and versatile Senior Associate, Growth to join our dynamic marketing team. • This role is based remotely within the Northeast U.S. and will report to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in offline marketing, including TV and podcast advertising, with a proven track record of driving new customer acquisition at an efficient CAC and investing in TOF performance. • Proficiency in offline analytics tools such as HDYHAU, promo code tracking, and attribution platforms. • Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Looker, Lightdash, and other business intelligence or visualization tools. • Advanced Excel skills for data modeling, scenario analysis, and performance reporting. • Familiarity with incrementally testing, customer segmentation, and attribution methodologies. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. • Experience optimizing CAC and LTV through offline media strategies, with a focus on evaluating, advocating for, and executing new offline channels to uncover growth opportunities.
