📋 Description

• Vannevar Labs supports people on the front lines by building tools that deter and de-escalate conflict with America's adversaries. • We build software and hardware for this mission that enable our customers to maintain maritime vigilance, disrupt misinformation, and collect non-traditional intelligence. • This mission has become urgent as the US and allies fight a war of deterrence with outdated technology. • We're looking for a Senior Mission Growth Strategist to pursue go-to market strategies and deliver major growth outcomes at Vannevar. • Experience growing defense product deployments from small-scale pilots into larger projects with the Department of Defense. • Committed to getting better tools into the hands of American servicemen and women.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working on defense policy with government leaders and/or in defense acquisition and program management • Or • 7+ years delivering growth for defense products, ideally in a startup environment for 4+ of those years • Demonstrated ability to decomp programs and requirements to formulate a GTM strategy for new technology • Experience or intuition for launching pilots with federal customers, driving them to success, and converting them to paid engagements. • Experience or intuition for creating an ambitious, holistic strategy for a greenfield growth vertical in the federal government • Mission domain experience in national security technology • Must have an active Top Secret Security Clearance or have held one previously. • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access U.S. only data systems and export controlled data • Up to 50% travel
