This position focuses on developing insights to optimize multi-channel campaigns, measuring their effectiveness, and driving growth across our subscription an ads-based business. This role will partner closely with our Product, Marketing, and Data Science teams to shape strategies that promote brand awareness, increase brand familiarity, and drive user acquisition through innovative marketing initiatives and effective measurement and analysis. • You are a highly motivated and analytical individual who loves solving ambiguous business problems. You thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where you can leverage your strong communication skills to effectively interact with executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. You are a strategic thinker who can connect the dots between analytics and business goals to uncover biggest opportunities for growth and impact.
• 3+ years of experience in growth analytics or marketing analytics, with a strong focus on multi-channel campaigns. • Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Looker. • Solid knowledge of statistical concepts, including experimental design, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and financial forecasting. • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science). • Understanding of measurement methodologies and reporting capabilities in ad platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads a plus. • Strong understanding of A/B experimentation, including designing and analyzing geo-lift tests. • Experience with attribution methodologies such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution, or position-based attribution is a strong plus. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with agile workflows and collaboration across creative, engineering, and marketing teams. • A passion for analyzing user behavior and proven ability to combine marketing and campaign data with customer-level data to understand key drivers of performance.
