📋 Description
• We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to work directly with the CEO and Head of Growth to scale our inbound marketing efforts. • Play a critical role in driving our marketing strategy and execution, specifically focused on SEO & Paid Ads. • Responsibilities will include content writing, managing the SEO strategy, optimizing website conversion rates, and measuring and improving overall inbound channels. • Unique opportunity to shape the inbound marketing efforts of a fast-paced start-up and make a significant impact on our growth.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of proven experience in inbound marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, paid ads and conversion optimization • Successful early-stage scaling experience • Execution-first mindset • Excellent writing and communication skills. • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing and paid analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics, Ahref/Semrush, Google Ads). • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Very good verbal and written English language skills. • Location: Europe / remote.
