As a part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of our Salesforce environments, leveraging best practices in DevOps.

Requirements

•Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation. •Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States. •Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years. •Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. •Salesforce admin and advanced admin certifications. •Minimum of 5 experience as a salesforce admin, with a strong focus on DevOps. •Proven expertise in using Copado or a similar tool for Salesforce CI/CD pipeline setup and management. Copado Fundamentals certifications highly preferred. •Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, environment management, and deployment methodologies. •Proficient in tools related to Salesforce DevOps, including version control, data migration, and metadata management. •Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. •Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. •Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
