• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications • Conduct interviews using various recruiting methods • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to meet recruitment needs • Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships • Manage scheduling of interviews • Stay current on industry news related to talent sourcing • Ensure Company values are incorporated in recruitment process

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience • Proven experience in recruiting for business-focused roles • Proficient in English in written and verbal communication • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment process • Experience with various sourcing platforms and job boards • Solid knowledge of sourcing and interviewing techniques • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers • International recruitment experience • Knowledge of the Russian language
