Description

• Serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Client Relations. • Drive operational efficiency and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. • Assist in formulating strategic initiatives and business plans. • Lead key projects from conception to completion. • Identify and implement process improvements. • Act as a liaison between the VP and other departments. • Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative culture. • Manage schedules, meetings, and communications for the VP. • Maintain a stakeholder satisfaction score of 85% or higher.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 5+ years of experience in Client Relations, operations, or strategic planning, preferably in the financial services industry. • Proven track record of managing projects and driving results. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficient in project management tools and business intelligence software.
