Description

• Primary point of contact for clients and partners. • Field and respond to inquiries from clients. • Manage the onboarding process for new partners. • Speak directly with clients to discuss tax savings strategies. • Represent client at industry events and conferences. • Conduct training sessions for partners. • Provide ongoing support for existing clients. • Monitor and report on key metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field. • Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role within the financial services industry. • Strong understanding of tax strategies and financial products. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively. • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
