• Collaborate and support business opportunities • Provide field support for customer applications and troubleshooting • Contribute to new product development and portfolio expansion • Lead training sessions and develop technical materials for internal and external audiences • Manage trial reporting and related communications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science and/or Engineering; or equivalent relevant industry experience. • 10+ years of industry experience, with expertise in chemical applications and project management. • Strong sales background, with proven ability to influence and understand business fundamentals. • Skilled in troubleshooting complex issues and managing multiple projects independently. • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills. • Leadership experience, coaching teams and collaborating with global staff on product lines and market strategies. • Strong understanding of the Paper Packaging Market and associated manufacturing equipment and processes. • Familiarity with Dry Strength chemical programs and how the programs are utilized to generate value. • Experience conducting paper machine troubleshooting and best practice audits. • Knowledge of paper products and the industry. • Ability to identify new business opportunities and strategies. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data mining software. • Proven track record of success in EHSQ&PR and product-to-market delivery. • Expected travel to be 50% - may be higher or lower at certain times of the year depending on demand
