• Manage projects within the ESS organization to implement design changes and provide engineering support • Responsible for project management processes on high complexity, high revenue projects • Author project plans and develop scope, schedule, and cost baselines • Manage all aspects of project including scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, and resources • Ensure effective project communications among team, customer, and partners • Maintain project databases and documentation
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience • Bachelor’s degree required in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related technical discipline • Advanced degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Business • 5+ years of experience leading teams
