📋 Description

• Manage existing OEM customer sales and develop new customer sales by: • Collection of customer requirements • Translates requests into functional and technical specifications to be transmitted to and discussed with the design group • Uses the input from the design group to prepare quotations and manage sales, including presentation of the quotations and the discussion with the customers • Decides projects work plans and determines necessary resources and timing, acquires the necessary human and material resources establishes deliverables and assigns tasks, ensures that projects have the correct allocation of people and skills, identifies and escalates roadblocks and risks, directs the activities and maintain project calendar, solves the problems, coordinates the resources (internal or third party) assigned for a project to ensure engineering quality and projects execution according to agreed plans and design • Ensures that all local legislation and Health & Safety requirements are fully adhered to during the project execution • Ensures that all personnel work safely and in a safe environment • Manage spare parts business for the personal scope of sales @ German OEM in collaboration with the Key Account • Manage claims related to the scope of sales for German OEM in collaboration with the Key Account

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering project management experience, preferably 5+ years experience in food and beverage environment • Coordination capabilities and optimal communication skills are a must • Experience working with professional services / 3rd parties • Conflict resolution • Dealing with ambiguity • Strong sense of accountability • Good German and English skills • Flexibility to travel / working hours
