β€’ We are looking to add a Key Account Manager to our Texas City team! β€’ This person will have a defined territory or industry where they have sufficient opportunity to capture competitively held business; and assigned an aggressive and achievable revenue growth target. β€’ Expand market penetration for assigned region or customers in the Water industry. β€’ Identify new customers and opportunities within region and grow business while reinforcing Solenis brand. β€’ Develops business development strategies and creates annual business development plans for relevant area to reach required business objectives and revenue. β€’ Works closely with account managers to understand business requirements and market needs. β€’ Recognizes new market segments and opportunities for business development, makes a calculation of returns and investment, and gains agreement for the investment, resources, and actions required for the developments. β€’ Prioritizes market segment development activities and sets revenue targets β€’ Achieve customer satisfaction resulting in optimal retention of existing business and growth of new business.

Requirements

β€’ Have previous experience in Refineries/Industrial Water Treatment, especially boilers, cooling towers and waste water β€’ Possess strong relationship management skills β€’ Have documented results using a consultative sales process β€’ Be able to establish relationships at all levels of management
