πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Responsible for driving new sales from new and existing customers in assigned territory β€’ Gain new customers in line with regional strategy and sector growth plans β€’ Provide preventative maintenance, emergency service, and install support as needed within territory β€’ Develop Distributor relations at assigned Warewash/Laundry accounts β€’ Implement the sales funnel in the OnDemand system β€’ Manage territory expense budget β€’ Execute support plan for global and national accounts within sales territory as needed β€’ Deliver financial performance for sales territory β€’ Develop margin improvement plans for territory β€’ Provide input to innovation development funnel β€’ Provide forecast input to District Manager for assigned distributors and accounts β€’ Engage and train key customer teams within territory β€’ Assist sectors on national program rollouts β€’ Launch new products and promotions to assigned end user accounts β€’ End user sales calls with sector teams β€’ Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

β€’ High School diploma or G.E.D. required β€’ Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record β€’ Ability to lift objects up to 35lbs and execute precise work with hands in limited spaces β€’ Computer technology experience – Email, Excel, Word, Google Applications, Cell Apps, iMAP β€’ Ability to work nights and weekends as determined by business need β€’ Plumbing and/or electricity skills preferred β€’ B2B sales experience is strongly preferred β€’ Distribution expertise is a plus β€’ Technical support skills for Ware Washing and Laundry systems β€’ Floor care experience β€’ Technical equipment maintenance experience is a plus β€’ Ability to use hand tools β€’ Professional attitude and be self-motivated/directed β€’ Documented time management, communication skills, decision making, interpersonal, computer and organizational skills β€’ Ability to work cross functionally to achieve company goals β€’ Strong business acumen and customer focused β€’ Strong negotiating skills and results oriented β€’ Ability to manage and measure work as well as planning β€’ Energetic and passionate and able to influence others
