Description
• Answer calls from insureds & adjusters regarding their claims and/or claim valuation reports. • Oversee the Customer Portal for open claims and take action on aging assistments. • Support both operations and data management based on business needs.
Requirements
• Excellent communication, teamwork, perseverance, and strong attention to detail are critical. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills required. • Strong multi-tasking skills preferred with ability to balance priorities. • Customer Service experience and customer orientation required. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. • Property and Casualty claim knowledge helpful.
