Description

β€’ Answer calls from insureds & adjusters regarding their claims and/or claim valuation reports. β€’ Oversee the Customer Portal for open claims and take action on aging assistments. β€’ Support both operations and data management based on business needs.

Requirements

β€’ Excellent communication, teamwork, perseverance, and strong attention to detail are critical. β€’ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills required. β€’ Strong multi-tasking skills preferred with ability to balance priorities. β€’ Customer Service experience and customer orientation required. β€’ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. β€’ Property and Casualty claim knowledge helpful.
