β€’ Manager, Network Partnerships role focused on developing partner relationships. β€’ Be a primary contact for innovative solutions. β€’ Monitor partner performance, lead strategic discussions, and prepare Quarterly Business Reviews. β€’ Collaborate with teams to report on KPIs and manage partner implementation.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years’ experience in account or vendor management. β€’ Experience in reporting, forecast management, and data-driven decision-making. β€’ Healthcare experience with a health plan or digital health company is a plus. β€’ Strong self-starter mentality with a drive to "get things done," even amidst ambiguity. β€’ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within Solera and partner organizations. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ A strong interest in digital health and commitment to making a difference. β€’ BA/BS preferred with a record of success in partnership development.
