• Serve as a bridge between clients, sales managers, and the supply chain team. • Process customer orders and manage documentation. • Support lead generation and customer satisfaction monitoring. • Participate in sales operations-related projects and develop training documentation. • Support category management and sales operations for marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing or related. • Customer Service / Sales Operations experience with B2B business (distribution, manufacturing). • Experience with order processing / invoicing software. • Experience with SAP, Oracle or other major ERP. • Experience with Medical Device customer service or related (food, cosmetics, pharma). • Sales or customer service experience. • Excellence communication (direct, teleconference, phone). • Excellent office skills. • ERP or similar order processing / invoicing software knowledge. • Salesforce knowledge/experience. • Experience with medical device or related (food, cosmetics, pharma). • SAP knowledge.
