Description

• Develops and executes marketing plans based on market research • Manages campaigns from brief to execution leveraging the marketing team and defined project management processes • Monitors conversion rates, return on ad spend and sales pipeline • Collaborates and gains buy-in with internal and external stakeholders • Delivers revenue based on plan • Responsible for managing our books and videos • Gathers data, solicits input from stakeholders • Creates strategy and campaign plans that define target audience and messaging strategy • Analyzes tracking and sales data on an ongoing basis

Requirements

• BA required; degree in marketing or business preferred • 3-5 years of experience in marketing; within the book publishing industry preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Superior communication, collaboration, and organization skills • Strong mathematical and analytical skills • Ability to learn and use project management software (e.g. Adobe Workfront)
